To solve your acne problem, you must first be able to identify what the problem is so you may attack it correctly. The following 9 stages of acne should help you classify your acne so that you may start with the proper approach to ending your acne forever.
Stage 0 Acne
Stage 0 refers to the random pimple that may occur on your face, neck, or back. It is more of an unfortunate inconvenience than anything you need to concern yourself with, i.e., it will go away.
Stage 1 Acne
The majority of people have this type of acne. You have recurring whiteheads and blackheads with some inflammation. Over the counter treatments containing benzoyl peroxide should keep this acne under control. It is minor with a low chance of any scarring.
Stage 2 Acne
Stage 2 is the same as Stage 1 acne with the addition of papules; tiny skin lesions that are solid and raised. As in Stage 1, over the counter medications may be used but instead of benzoyl peroxide, a stronger salicylic acid should be used.
Stage 3 Acne
Stage 3 is the same as Stage 2 with more frequent occurrences.
Stage 4-5 Acne
It’s now time to see a dermatologist. Stages 4 and 5 are marked with the appearance of pustules indicating infection.
Stage 6-7 Acne
If you have ever seen anyone with scarring then it is likely that they had at least Stage 6 acne. The whiteheads and blackheads are still present as in earlier stages. The pustules are still present as in Stages 4 and 5 but now nodules and cysts are starting to form. You must see a dermatologist if you want to minimize the scarring!
Stage 8 Acne
Stage 8 is marked by a constant breakout and probable scarring. A dermatologist can treat this level of acne with advanced medications and newly evolved skin treatments.

Which are the best books for key stage 3?
My son is in Key stage 3 year 8. For maths and science he is is in 1st group (higher level group). When I search for books, there are lot of publishers out there CGP, LETTS, COLLINS, OXFORD…. Could you please advise me which one is the best for my kid?
I used all of them when I was in year 8. I was homeschooled so they were my only source of learning (I rarely used the internet for education). I used CGP a lot but I don’t think it’s challenging enough. I was ahead of my year and I got an oxford book that was supposed to be for year 9s (this is when I was in year 9) and that was really hard, even my tutor struggled so check the book first, make sure your son is capable, if he wants a challenge, it’s definitely good.
Letts is quite good but sometimes they don’t go into enough detail for my liking, same for Collins.
I’ve given you a quick review on all of them so it’s up to you what you make of my opinions 
There’s a best for each situation
Oxford – best if you want a good challenge
CGP – if you generally want the information (and a bit of a smile at the little drawings and comments at the bottom of the pages and above the barcodes)
Letts and Collins if you want vague information to learn really quick without going into detail.
